HBS CRM privacy policy

HBS CRM (crm.caleus.dev) is an internal project-tracking tool for the Hello Bacsi marketing team. It is not open to the public.

What we collect when you sign in

When you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares your email address, name and profile picture with the sign-in service. We use only your email address to check that you are on the team's member list. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

What the app stores

• Your email address, your role and your display settings (language, theme, text size).
• The project records you add or change, with your email and the time of the change.

Who can see it

Only signed-in members of the team, according to their role. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Removal

To be removed from the app, or to have your records deleted, email the owner below.
